Cancellation Policy
At Nail Haus, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide each guest with the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:
• 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
